Is he married?

Can anyone tell me if Ti Pouche (Etzer Charlemagne)is married?<P>Someone who really likes him wants to know and I am not sure myself!!! I think I went to a bal on Saturday, and heard one of singers mention "salutation a madam Ti Pouche de Boston".

But that does not mean he is married it could mean his girlfriend.
