I have a few questions if anyone know the answers please let me know. How do the Haitian band keep track of how many cds they sold?

Is there some type of committee for the Haitian Music Industry?

If so is there away to have them set up a certain day of the week where any band can release their CDs on that day, so that everyone will know, not everybody have access to the internet, and i see that they do most of their promotions online, the radio station play the music but they don't promote the cds, some radio station let the whole cd play and it brand new. PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
