Haitian Image Award

There is a Haitian Image Award happening in Downtown Miami on October 7th 2007.

I visited their official website and didnt notice much except this press release:

"Many have contributed to the rich history and culture that make the island of Haiti what it is today.

From culture, music, poetry, politics to the silver screen both on the island and worldwide, the First Annual Haitian Image Awards will recognize individuals that have earned their badges of honor.

Join us at an event that will surely make all Haitian legends and stars shine bright!"
