Help me find music video was on canal 11 in May 2010

I Was doing relief work in may and all the time(every 5 mins) on TV (canal 11) they played a music video, in either Kreyol or French, I didnt pay attention cause I thought it would be a big hit and i could find in NYC but...cant figure out what song it is.
I was just back in Haiti and they didnt play that video once.
Singer had dreds, was a haunting beautiful sad song about Haiti.

Im crazy to find this song and this video..ITS NOT THE WE AR ETHE WORLD ONE W ALOT OF ARTIST.

Was one guy w dreads, and the ending lyrics were ayiti ayiti ayiti
